Well I’ll be Dog Gone!

image
South African President Jacob Zuma, is in the dog, oops, Dingo house, after stating that black people who own dogs are imitating White culture. Kind of makes me wonder who my dogs would be imitating if they pissed on his leg? Oh well, I aint mad at him! After all, who else could rock a custom tailored traditional African suit, tie and Zulu Stetson like he does? Bow wow wow yippeo yippee ay!

Looking for a Good Gun Control Law?

America’s gun control laws don’t control the people who make guns.

America’s gun control laws don’t control the people who sell guns.

America’s gun control laws don’t control the people who buy guns.

America’s gun control laws didn’t protect the people who were killed with guns.

And a new gun control law won’t prevent people from killing people with guns.

The only gun control law that will ever control how a gun is used is buried deep in the heart and mind of the person who governs the hand that wields it!

Everyone in America should be digging right now!

The No Compromise Senate: All For Them Or Nothing For All:

What the leaders of the Republican establishment attempted to do to this country after having lost their bid to win the White House is tantamount to what desperate and deranged parents attempt to do when they set the house ablaze while the children are sleeping because they lost the custody battle.

In their view it’s all for them, or it’s nothing for all!

But in my view, the later is no more fit to parent than the first is fit to lead.

And I will take that to the polls.

Lyin Like Ryan: Somebody Owes Us a Dime

Wells Fargo fired a worker for using a fake dime in our neighborhood laundromat almost fifty years ago, and rightly so. But it shouldn’t end there. President Obama should be fired, too, because that laundromat never fully recovered after the loss of that dime… and it could have if he’d kept his promise!

Wells Fargo fired Richard Eggers on July 13, 2012 after discovering he was arrested 49 years ago for putting a cardboard cutout of a dime in a laundry machine at the laundromat. (Some stuff you just can’t make up! And some stuff you can!)

I remember President Obama visiting it when he was first running, saying he’ll keep that laundromat open. It’s just one more broken promise. Read the rest of this entry
